A spacious and very peculiar apartment, located in the heart of Ciutat Vella (Gothic District). The apartment is composed of 8 rooms, 3 singles, 2 with bunk beds and 4 more rooms with individual beds. It has a kitchen, 2 restrooms (one with a shower), a big living room with 2 sofa beds, and dining room, 2 balconies and an extensive terrace.

It is very close to the Plaza Real, near the George Orwell square, well known as the Tripi Plaza. This apartment is not recommended for classy people, since through out the day (but mainly at night) this area is full of people who gather to chat, play music, and do some juggling.
